All shipping prices shown below include VAT.

Shipping within Italy

Mainland Italy

Free shipping from €89.00

Standard shipping is free for orders that meet all the following conditions:

• the order value is at least €89.00;
• the total parcel weight does not exceed 15 kg;
• the delivery address is located in mainland Italy.

For orders of at least €89.00 weighing more than 15 kg, free shipping does not apply and the applicable weight-based rate will be charged.

Free shipping does not apply to:

• Sicily;
• Sardinia;
• minor islands;
• the Venice Lagoon;
• remote or difficult-to-reach locations;
• postcode areas subject to courier surcharges;
• international deliveries;
• unusually large or bulky parcels.

Sicily and Sardinia

The free-shipping promotion from €89.00 does not apply to Sicily and Sardinia.

Minor islands and remote locations

For the following destinations, the shipping cost is calculated according to the postcode, weight, volume and any surcharge applied by the courier:

• minor islands;
• the Venice Lagoon;
• Livigno;
• Campione d’Italia;
• remote or difficult-to-reach locations;
• postcodes classified by the courier as remote, disadvantaged or peripheral.

Where the website cannot calculate the cost automatically, KAWAIISSIMA SHOP will contact the customer before dispatch.

No additional shipping charge will be applied without the customer’s agreement.

Cash on delivery

Where available, cash on delivery is subject to an additional charge of:

€4.00

This amount is the fee charged for the courier’s payment-collection service and is not an increase in the price of the products.

The €4.00 fee remains payable even where the order qualifies for free shipping.

Payment must be made to the courier in cash unless the courier expressly states otherwise.

Cash on delivery may not be available for minor islands, remote locations or international shipments.

Shipping to European Union countries

The free-shipping promotion available for mainland Italy does not apply to international deliveries.

Europe Zone 1

Countries: France, Germany, Austria, Croatia and Slovenia.

Europe Zone 2

Countries: Belgium, Czech Republic, Hungary, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Slovakia.

Europe Zone 3

Countries: Denmark, Romania, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden.

Europe Zone 4

Countries: Finland, Bulgaria and Greece.

Cyprus and Malta

For Cyprus and Malta, the shipping cost is calculated during checkout or provided through a personalised quotation before dispatch.

European islands and special territories

A personalised quotation is required for:

• Corsica;
• the Balearic Islands;
• the Canary Islands;
• Madeira;
• the Azores;
• Greek islands;
• other minor European islands;
• territories with special tax or customs arrangements;
• remote or difficult-to-reach locations.

European countries outside the European Union

For the following destinations, the shipping cost is calculated during checkout or communicated before dispatch:

These deliveries may require customs documentation and may be subject to customs controls.

Shipping to the rest of the world

For deliveries to destinations including:

• the Middle East;

the shipping cost is calculated according to:

• the destination country and postcode;
• the actual or volumetric weight;
• parcel dimensions;
• the type of products ordered;
• the courier service available;
• any transport restrictions;
• any applicable customs formalities.

The customer will receive the shipping quotation before dispatch and may accept the quotation or cancel the order.

Customs duties and import charges

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to:

• customs duties;
• import taxes;
• local VAT;
• customs-clearance fees;
• administrative charges applied by the courier;
• other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated during checkout, these amounts are not included in the price of the products or shipping and must be paid by the recipient.

The amount depends on the destination country, the declared value and the classification of the products.

Failure to pay customs duties, import taxes or courier charges may result in:

• delivery delays;
• the parcel being held in storage;
• failure to deliver;
• the parcel being returned to KAWAIISSIMA SHOP.

Any direct and documented costs caused by the recipient’s refusal to pay import charges may be deducted from the refund, within the limits permitted by law.

Estimated delivery times

Italy

After the parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery normally takes:

• mainland Italy: 24–48 working hours;
• Sicily and Sardinia: approximately 2–4 working days;
• minor islands and remote locations: delivery times vary according to the destination.

European Union

Delivery normally takes approximately 2–7 working days, depending on the country, postcode, courier service and destination.

Countries outside the European Union

Delivery may take approximately 3–10 working days or longer, in addition to any customs-clearance time.

All delivery times are estimates and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.

Order preparation

Small orders received during the morning are normally prepared and handed to the courier:

• on the same working day; or
• no later than the following working day.

Preparation begins after payment confirmation and is subject to the actual availability of the products.

For an ordinary bank transfer, order preparation normally begins after the payment has been credited.

For an instant bank transfer, where the funds are credited immediately, we will begin preparing the order on the same working day.

Small orders received in time, with all products available, may also be dispatched on the same day.

Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed and depends on:

• the time the order is received;
• the time the payment is credited;
• product availability;
• the courier’s collection schedule.

Large orders, wholesale supplies, pre-orders and products awaiting restocking may require additional preparation time.

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays

KAWAIISSIMA SHOP prepares and hands orders to the courier from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We do not dispatch orders on:

• Saturdays;
• Sundays;
• public holidays.

The courier services normally used by KAWAIISSIMA SHOP do not provide ordinary Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Orders received during a weekend or public holiday begin processing on the next working day.

Heavy or bulky parcels

The listed rates apply to parcels of ordinary size.

For:

• parcels weighing more than 30 kg;
• unusually large or bulky products;
• large quantities;
• wholesale orders;
• multiple parcels;
• products requiring special packaging;

the shipping cost is calculated according to the actual weight, volumetric weight and parcel dimensions.

The customer will be contacted before dispatch and no additional charge will be applied without the customer’s agreement.

Products subject to transport restrictions

Some products may not be shipped to certain destinations or through certain courier services.

Restrictions may apply, for example, to:

• resins;
• adhesives;
• liquids;
• chemical products;
• flammable products;
• aerosols;
• other restricted materials.

Where a product cannot be shipped to the selected destination, KAWAIISSIMA SHOP will contact the customer to offer:

• removal of the restricted product;
• an alternative product;
• partial cancellation and refund;
• complete cancellation and refund.
