Withdrawal request
You may use this online function to inform us of your decision to withdraw from an online purchase, within the time limits and in the cases provided by applicable law.
To submit the request, you will need:
- full name;
- email address used for the order;
- order number;
- product or products concerned;
- email address where the confirmation should be sent.
Please note: submitting a withdrawal request does not automatically result in an immediate refund. After receiving the request, we will provide the customer with instructions for returning the products.
